CANCELLATION POLICY

We may cancel your ride/tour in any of the following circumstances:-

  • If you fail to pay us any monies owed for your ride/tour;
  • If we are forced to cancel the ride/tour due to circumstances beyond our control we will inform you as soon as possible of the ride/tour cancellation and where possible rebook an alternate time, or else we will refund the entire monies paid by you;
  • If you are not present for the commencement of your ride/tour you will forfeit 100% of your ride/tour cost.
