TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- 50% deposit required at time of booking, balance payable on arrival at Castaway Cove.
- Refunds for packages cancelled by the guest will not be given, however the deposit can be used for a future package booking to be taken within 12 months of cancellation.
- All activities are weather dependent. A full refund of the Activity component of a package will be made if an Activity is cancelled by the operator due to weather or other circumstances.
- Activities are held in the morning or afternoon. Guest preferences are subject to availability.
- Groups up to 10 can be accommodated, and stays in excess of 2 nights can be requested.
- Skydiving has a min age requirement of 14, and a max weight of 95 kg for males and 85 kg for females.
- Freedom Wheels has a min age requirement of 8, and a combined max weight of 190kg.
- Prices are valid to 31 March 2009 in Low Season only and include GST. Packages may be available on request in Mid and High Seasons (conditions apply).
